The Coneflower (Echinacea) is a beautiful flower with many uses. It looks great in gardens, is drought resistant, attracts pollinators, and the seeds feed Goldfinches in winter. It is also used as medicine as it improves the immune system, and was used to treat sore throat and wounds by Native Americans.
