    1. Not with Trump's tariffs. The irony is that farmers voted for him, and his tariffs are killing them. Farm bankruptcies are up 13%. The price of beans is below production cost.

    1. Andy, this is just the tip of the iceberg. American farmers planted 76.7 million acres of soy beans which should yield 3.67 billion bushels.

  5. Apparently a lot of farmers planted extra soybeans here this year since planting was so delayed because of the wet spring and soybeans mature relatively fast.

  6. Soybeans are not grown in my country (Germany). The photo shows beautiful wide and green land, that's great! Too bad the prices are in the basement.

  8. Soybeans are grown in limited amounts here but I see a lot of canola, wheat, corn and peas on my wanderings!
