Yes, it was wet from a light rain or mist, but people kept walking on the Rambla.
Love wet, night shots. Well done. The Fair Tax thing is a right-wing scam to make the rich richer and the poor poorer, but as usual, many of the poor have been conned into thinking this will help them pay less taxes. Not!
