That is good I have eaten that. Now we have this combo at night for supper. You may like this. .Broccoli mushrooms, raw cauliflower, Mix some mayo,honey,,sliced red beets that is in vinegar. The lettuces was so expensive so we switched to this three times a week.
Took out the cheeses in my combo. As not sure if with Mayo would be soggy. We do add tomatoes.
Tomatoes with basil is a good combination, a little salt, pepper and good olive oil, perfect!

ReplyDeleteTo Karl's recipe I might add fresh mozzarella cheese and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Ah, perfect, sunshine on a plate.
