  8. The wooden poles out there are very different from the ones that I am familiar with. Gotta have poles if we want all the wonderful things that electricity let's us do.

    1. This pole is unique. Perhaps that's why it attracted me. It is laminated so is perhaps stronger and taller than a single tree trunk. Also is it a corner pole where the power lines change direction by 90 degrees and there is a second pole to hold this one against the force of the wires.
