  2. I enjoyed your series of photos this week. It looks similar to any number of towns that can be found across the south.

  3. This reminds me of the series on PBS "Help. I bought a Village!" where people by old towns in mostly Italy and try to bring them back to life as holiday lets. I guess there would be little or no market for holidays in small towns in Nebraska.

    1. Luis, you are correct. There are no stores on Main Street. They all closed and are gone.

  5. thecontemplativecat here. My hometown was a bustling place until my group left and didn't return. The downtown now looks like this.
