Imperial Plume: Habitat Runway
Designer of Imperial plume is Wendy Long: It is made of 95% construction materials including; flooring padding, paint, shingles, duct tape, landscape fabric, and roofing paper.
The gown is beautiful, especially considering it is made of construction materials.
